To select the right talent based on work values and team roles, it’s important to ask the
right questions at the right time. What makes Kazi unique is that we do this as early as
possible in the recruitment process. As a result, we help avoid from the get-go false
expectations for both the job seeker and the employer—and we prevent mismatches.
The two questionnaires that follow were drawn up through intensive collaboration with the psycho-diagnostic center of Thomas More University in Belgium, HR experts and both university level graduating and graduate students.
The questions are scientifically based but you’ll find them to be very practical.
